DESCRIPTION OF ROXY CINEMA

The Roxy is a 1930's art deco cinema which still retains its original decorative features. The Roxy has without doubt the largest screen in the Cumbria area which in fact has just been increased to 43 feet on cinema scope films. The cinema has been totally refurbished and now boasts the latest sound and projection equipment, including Digital sound, enabling you to see and hear the latest films exactly as the producers of the films set out to achieve. We also have a modern sales counter and offer all the latest products to ensure that the cinema presentation is second to none.
