DESCRIPTION OF MILLOM NETWORK CENTRE

Millom Network Centre Ltd is a newly formed and registered ‘not for profit’ company limited by guarantee. It serves a large number of stakeholders in Millom, Haverigg and the local area.

The new Millom Network Centre will be built within the Millom School grounds having received funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), North West Development, Agency, Local Education Authority, Land Fill Tax, Aggregate Levy, Northern Rock and Cumbria County Council Adult Education.

The Centre will take a partnership approach to achieving common aims and objectives with the closest contact with schools, local businesses, agencies, local children’s centres, and the local public.

Facilities will include:

IT facilities
Common room/meeting area
Business Office units
Seminar rooms
Conference room
Outreach facilities
