"This is a great day out! Totally safe and 110% enjoyable. If you're not used to heights it may be a bit daunting, but none of the people I went with were particularly phased. I particularly liked the tarzan swing at the end."

"Go Ape is a national company, situated in forests around Britain, they let you swing from tree to tree with the aid of rope swings, rope bridges, high wires and zip wires. This does require a certain level of fitness, but an 80 year old managed to get round the course. Activites are graded like ski slopes, Green, Red and Black, Green being easy and black being hard. The scariest activity is the "tarzen rope swing", you feel like you are free falling 60 ft in the air! The course took us 3 hours to complete, but this wasnt helped by the cold and wet weather. Can be done in 2 hours. It costs £20, and you get a full safety talk, demo and are supervised on the first course, then left to your own devices for the next 4 courses. Highly recommended! "
