DESCRIPTION OF LINDAL BOWLING CLUB

Lindal Bowling Club is tucked away on Pennington Lane, right on the edge of the village. Apart from obviously being used for bowls matches, the club also has a bar that is open every night of the week, with non-members being most welcome. For a small annual sum you can get club membership, which entitles you to use the facilities, including free use of club and bar for private functions. The club boasts a pool table, pool team, and ladies' and men's darts teams.

Being a club, the drinks are a little cheaper than most places, and a small but well kept selection is on offer, including Theakstons beers. If you want to do more than just drink, visit on a Monday night when 3D is enjoyed (no I won’t tell you what it is, you’ll just have to visit!) and the club is full.

With friendly bar staff and a warm welcome from the regular club members, no pub crawl in the area would be complete without a visit.
