Set in the Duddon valley, in the English Lake District, Hall Dunnerdale cottages offer traditional self catering cottage accommodation second to none. The beautiful, unspoilt valley of Seathwaite overlooks the cascading River Duddon and has panoramic views of Caw Fell, Harter Fell, Birker Fell and Coniston Old Man.

Fifteen easy minutes walk away you'll find the Newfield Inn which is well known for its excellent ales and appetising food.

Hardknott Pass is ten minutes away by car where you'll pass the ruins of the Roman fort. Further down the valley you'll find Eskdale and eventually the Cumbrian west coast.

Wrynose Pass, in the opposite direction, leads through the Langdales to Ambleside.
