Set in a cluster the properties are tucked away in a quiet Lakeland valley and offer a peaceful retreat for those looking to get away from it all. Surrounded by spectacular scenery this is an excellent central base for either walking or touring the rugged fells and beautiful lakes. The exciting drive over Hardnott Pass with it's breathtaking views is just 10 minutes drive away and it leads to Eskdale village and the Cumbrian west coast. The picturesque little towns and villages of Langdales, Ambleside and Broughton in Furness are an easy and scenic drive with the interesting Lakeland towns of Kendal and Ulverstone a little further afield. Shop and pub 1 mile.
